Northern Colorado iPhonography

Hello loves!

As you may know, I've been living in northern Colorado since August. I've taken a fantastic amount of photos, but I've become dreadfully lazy at posting them. So, without further ado, I present to you a few iPhone snaps from the last couple of weeks here.

Gallery Opening!

Well, my gallery opening was simultaneously stressful and wonderful! It was such an interesting learning experience on what is entailed in setting up and getting the word out that you're having a gallery show. 

I had so many dear friends and family come out to see the show. I was truly touched by all the people who exerted so much effort to be there - thank you!

My collection will continue to be up at Garner's Frame Shop in east Memphis through much of the month. Feel free to swing by and check it out.

Hello 2013!

My, oh my, my life has been nothing short of hectic the last few weeks! I've spent a good deal of time preparing for my gallery show which will be taking place later today, celebrating Christmas, the New Year, and obviously taking a lot of pictures! I'm hopelessly behind on my editing, but here is a sweet photo of The Benedict family that I took last Sunday. How cute are they?

As I've mentioned already, I HAVE A GALLERY SHOW TODAY! It's my first, and it's featuring my rural Tennessee collection!! I actually think I'm too excited about it to sleep, ergo this blog post comes to you at almost-4-AM :)

I've Got Some Exciting News!

Whewwwwww, okay, I've been keeping this news inside for a while, so pardon me if I seem a little shrieky, but, I'M HAVING MY FIRST GALLERY OPENING!

I'm pretty freaking excited about it. It's going to be at Garner's Frame Shop in East Memphis on Friday, January 4th starting at six and going on through the night. We'll have some live music, food and wine, so it'll be a fun evening. Come on out and say hello (and maybe buy a few prints) :-)

The feature of this show will the the rural Tennessee photography that I've been working on the last several months, but will also have some other stuff I've been working on.
